User Support Services is here to assist RIC students, 教师, and 工作人员 with all of their technology needs.

User Support Services USS) supports all end-user client devices, provides technology training, supports Blackboard, the college's learning management system (LMS), and maintains the academic computing facilities including walk-in labs and instructional classrooms along with the 帮助中心.

How to Request Assistance

Using our self-service support portal, you can 报告问题 with classroom and 桌面 equipment, telephones, Internet connectivity, etc., 问问题 about technology on campus and get information about instructional media and reserving AV equipment. If you have questions, call the 帮助中心 at 401-456-8803 或电子邮件 helpdesk@warawanresort.com.
